cPanel - The Leading Control Panel

Have you (HostICan admins) tested this cPanel Optimized for VPS EDGE version? I really want to upgrade my VPS to this version either now (I know I know) or when it makes it into the RELEASE and/or Stable tree.

I was reading some posts on WHT and found that people were discovering exactly what the link above says, memory reduced by up to 60%.

Amazing stuff.

They'll probably merge that into the final builds then we'll see an upgrade. Betas aren't good to upgrade to, so I'd recommend to not!

I've tried the cPanel VPS version, its true what they say. However, I've also seen some stuff not working.... I would wait a little... until its 100% stable

I've seen some people report issues.. but they were all minor issues such as not being able to change the cpanel theme under accounts.

I've enabled some memory optimization on my VPS' for now. I should be able to wait a month or so.. better than paying for an unneeded upgrade.
