why my VPS can't find cPanel hosting

why my VPS can't find cPanel interface?
i can find WHM(web host manage),SSH,VZ Power Panel ，but i can't find cPanel hosting.
i know in the cPanel can create ftp and email account,but this now i didn't find it

The simple way to access WHM is:

http://server-IP-addres:2086
or
http://your-hostname.com:2086

You can access VZ Power Panel by using either your VPS hostname or IP address into your browser on port 4643 with HTTPS.

https://your-hostname.com:4643/vz/cp

Making a connection to your VPS server via SSH can be done with PuTTY client utility. Download the PuTTY from this URL address:
http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/.../x86/putty.exe

i have never really experienced such thing but well.. it's good to know this one just in case it would happen to me too.
