Default VPS System Resources 100%

Every one to two days, my VPS system resources hits 100% and I cannot access any my sites/blogs until I restart VPS. How can I figure out what the culprit is?

Default Re: VPS System Resources 100%

Lets find the problem from WHM 'CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage' link
Code:
 Server Status

       * Apache Status
->>->> * CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage <<-<<-
       * Server Information
       * Service Status
Click on this link and you will see a table. Start to monitor this table. Use links from the two upper corners to review the table day after day and try to find differences for the days in which your VPS is busy.
