Default vps being upgraded to dedicated

24h ago the vps was suspended due to a spike of traffic, and support suggested me a dedicated.
I paid for the dedicated through paypal but support says "billing have to check, 8 hours ago. No any replies.

I asked to re-open the vps so I can put offline the application that cause the spike (a forum: I purposed to put it offline and put a message for visitors).
No any replies.

So my vps is down since 24 and all sites hosted in are down, without the possibility to put a courtesy message.

I paid for the dedicated 8 hours ago but any news

The solution was easy: re-open the vps, let me put the forum offline, wait for the upgrade.

In my business I have 2 dedicated and 2 vps: unfortunately, this situation is a bad thing for mu future plans

While I understand your situation, it takes time to provision a dedicated server. If they took your VPS down, it was because it was negatively impacting other customers on the server.

I'll ask support, however, for an update.

i have a really bad experience too with hostican, they sucks, find another host.

No, we don't suck. Sounds like you did something to cause your site to be suspended or whatnot, and seem to just blame the host. Not really a responsible thing to say.

I'm a customer nearly for a year. Today my vps is down... i sent support mail... i called (also i'm calling from Turkey and paying a lot).. i tried live chat... no answer.... what is going on?
