VPS accounts IPs reservation

I have two IP addresses with my VPS and I think to use only one when creating new accounts. My question is how can I reserve an IP addresses from WHM so that it will not be used to setup accounts?

Log in to WHM, from left menu click on the "Show/Edit Reserved IPs" link under "IP Functions".

  IP Functions

    * Add a New IP Address
    * Change Site's IP Address
    * IP Migration Wizard
    * Rebuild the IP Address Pool
    * Show IP Address Usage
    * Show or Delete Current IP Addresses
 ** * Show/Edit Reserved IPs * **

Check the box of the IP you want to reserve and if you wish add a short comment to the Reason for Reserving section. This IP will no longer be used to setup accounts via WHM/cPanel.
