Default set up https on the VPS for e-commerce

I need to set up https on the VPS for my e-commerce. Please advice how can I set up DocumentRoot for my domain into my current http DocumentRoot directory?

The https:// and http:// folders are the same. Just have to install SSL on a dedicated IP. All servers include 2 IPs each additional IP costs $2.95/mo extra.
