Default The knowledge base is your friend :-)

1) Upload your index file.

2) It would be helpful to you if you checked the knowledge base before posting.
The answer to this one is here: http://www.hosticananswers.com/quest...vent+Data+Loss

3) This resource might help you:http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=468168
But, you can change the php.ini file options, yes.

Personally I have found that I get better results from support if I try something or do a lot of research before posting.

I hope these suggestions help!

Configure your cPanel to make backups and then download them or use an ftp script to download backups or find out the costing for an automated backup system or [sic] advise your clients to create/download their backups or... tons of ideas. (I configured WHM to make backups so that I can download them if needed). In any event, please read this entry in the Hostican knowledge base: http://www.hosticananswers.com/quest...vent+Data+Loss

To configure php open_basedir Protection, mod_userdir Protection, etc., you should navigate to: Main >> Security >> Security Center
