Default question on email accounts and webmail

I have a VPS with 2 domains under it so far. I have been recreating email accounts from my old servers. When I log into hordemail using the username i use to log into cpanel, i can see all of the email accounts I have created in all 3 domains. Now this is pretty cool because i dont want to have to log into each email address to check email.
The problem is that i am not the one who needs this functionality. The actual owner of the sites has about 5 email address across the domains that she would like control over. She does not want to see everyones email. Is there a way to assign email accounts to her without setting up forwards? With forwards, all email she re[plies to will come from the same email address unless she edits them depending on what address it was sent to. Using the cpanel login, all I have to do is select the address and I can see all emails sent to it and reply without making any edits or changes.

I hope this made sense.

Hey - Welcome to the forum!

What you should do is:

1. Login to all the accounts that you have made in /whm (e.g. domain1.com, domain2.com)

2. Login to the cPanels of each of the domains

3. Click on "Forwarder"

4. Setup info@yourdomain.com forwarding to: where-ever@yourmain-domain.com

5. Do the same as in #4 for all the other domains so they will all arrive in one central inbox.

Hope the above helps!

I guess that was what I was trying to get away from. By using forwards then everything gets dropped into one inbox. I then have to set up folders for each email address, then when i reply to a message, i have to make sure that i am using the right reply email based on what address the email was sent to.
