Default My VPS is mounted not running, pls help!

My VPS went down after the maintenance window last night, I contacted support, it was fine,

2 hours ago it went down again, Virtuozzo indicates that "VPS is mounted at the moment. To process requested operation VPS should have state running... VPS startup has been disabled. Ask your provider to start VPS"

I have contacted support - is anyone else experiencing this..???

I'm stressed as this weekend is significant for my site (active ad campaign going nowhere right now).

Thanks

Follow-up: my VPS was disabled due to excessive resources. Looking the the QoS log, something was happening every 30 seconds (for 4 hours) that was impacting resources.

I run a Joomla site (latest version), and the same database app for the last 12 months (database is refreshed using a manual script, via SSH, not cron). This is a new problem.

Can someone tell me which log tells me more about this occurrence..? I need to know which script was causing this.

Thanks

I don't use Joomla, but you might ask a support rep to guide you there.

You may also check in your CPU / Memory in the WHM that might give you some hints on this.
