Hi, my VPS is down for more than 3 hours in a row, I can not even ping the VPS, nor I can SSH into the VPS.
I have filed a support ticket 2 hours ago with no answer, and phone directly goes to voicemail. Is there any way to request the VPS to be rebooted or restarted, without logging on to the shell? |

Yes, what you can do is login via VZPP (Virtuozzo Power Panel), just have to read the welcome email and you should be all set.
I've taken a look at your case currently and found that its doing some sort of file check which is refusing to start the vps (I've just tired to start it up for you). Not sure how this happened!! - What did you do? Found a open ticket that you have in place, I will reply back to you on that to see how we can assist you further on this case.

Thanks, I also received a reply after six hours of outage and got a detailed response. Please go ahead and assign a new VPS for me and I'll recover my site from the backup.
It is 11:42pm in Tokyo and I would like to do it quick, if you could help me fast I would apprecate! |

I managed to force it to mount and start.... as the file system check finished. It took 6 hours to complete :O
