Default my vps disabled - due to abuse

I join hostican from 6 month and payed VPS for 1 year

and from 7 days the support down my VPS , they said that I took alot of load more than 20% from processor , and they said I should take dedicated server to be well for my site

and I accepted that and agree to take the dedicated server and said that I need this from 3 days and no one replay for me
and my customers make problem with me because my site is closed

and after contact the support again they said that

Hey guys,

Even though we really like you guys, we can't enable your VPS until you've been moved to a Dedicated server due to: http://forum.hostican.com/virtual-pr...t-problem.html

Have you seen this load? Perhaps you missed something? 24 Load with 266 processes. Thats wild.

@lnxcode
thats great that you know the problem
but where are the solution for my problem
where is the dedicated server you should give me

I ignored for 8 days till now
and still waiting the dedicated server , that you don't have
if its will not be aviilable now , please give me backup from my site and the rest of my payment
and I will moved to other company

but I can't still waiting more than that time

I have customers and memberships in my website, that they paid from service from our site
and they need them ownership from our site

and if you don't need to send backup from my site,
open the vps and I will send the backup to other server

I am a client of Hostican. With all due respect, better results can be obtained with honey instead of vinegar. And sometimes I do feel like freaking out, that's human nature. However, I never blame someone else for problems I cause. (Or at least I hope I don't... )

If I am going to install a database on one my VPS, it is my responsibility to make sure the load is not too high.

If I need to upgrade to a dedicated server, it is my responsibility to check for availability.

If my VPS cannot handle the load, it is my responsibility to wait until I have a dedicated server, before installing a high-load database.

I had an account suspended for high load once (because of the Digg effect). Was I upset? - Sure!! Should all the other sites on my server suffer because of mine? - No!!

Did I contact Hostican often to remove the suspension? - Yes. Did it get removed? - Yes, only after the Digg effect died off.

Were they right to do this? - Yes!
