dolphin rms port a/v chat

we have installed dolphin and ray media server a few times with no results for ray media server audio video chat, can not connect to rms error the ports seem correct but we can still not connect. Hoping someone can advise us in the rms not responding with the server ray media server port and ray media server http thanks for any help drew

Sounds like a plan. So what you should do is open the firewall ports for this, a similar way to do this is here:

1. Login to your control panel (/whm)
2. Once logged in, go to the bottom of the menu (on the left hand side)
3. Once at the bottom you will see "Plugins"
4. You now should see: "ConfigServer Security&Firewall"
5. Once inside, click on "Firewall Configuration"
6. Add ports into TCP IN and TCP OUT dependant on what your software requirements are. If you'renot sure add it on both UDP IN and UDP OUT as well as the TCP IN and TCP OUT
7. Click Change (it will restart)
8. You're all done!
