Not too bad at all. Server load is only 20 ~ 30, which isn't great but its fair, considiering it has all those vps's
In terms of your memory usage, and load both are below:

VPS memory usage:
Used: 511 MB
Total: 256 MB
Burstable to: 1024 MB

21:23:46 up 23:21, 0 users, load average: 0.16, 0.29, 0.36

I think its just a cPanel thing.

everyday at 9pm though. When I looked at it it was almost 2.0. When it usually is .10-.30 all day. When this happens, my sites load so slow as well. Any ideas how to fix it. I really appreciate your help.

Just giving you the daily heads up, my server load once again is above 2.05 right on time again. It is 9pm. Every night!

Can you still access your site during this time?

barely. Sometimes it takes forever to load. Like 30-45 secs. The server load is still going between 1.12 and 2.45

Check that your server isn't automatically updating - Thats prob whats going on. Set all the updates to manual.

I will see if the other engineers may turn off the auto updates on this box in the AM, to see how that works out.
