Question cPanel Backups

Does anyone know of a solution that will backup all accounts on the server and their respective MySQL databases? Preferably an Open Source solution.

My goal is to have a solution (even if it's just scripting) that will download any changed or added files and of course the databases to a local backup server where I sit. I've already got an Ubuntu server set up here (waiting for a backup solution).

Why, I've enabled and configured cPanel to do the nightly backups on 3 servers and they are NOT backing anything up at all! (It seems to have stopped working on all servers sometime in September. I'm really at a loss as to why.

Thanks for any help.

I know of third-party solutions that'll back up your files remotely.

One is Remote Backup using Rsync or FTP.

Another is WebbyCart.com :: Remote Backup

Cool Re: cPanel Backups

For anyone following this, I found a good resource here:
http://www.boxbackup.org/ and here: http://howtoforge.com/rsync_incremen...apshot_backups

Hope it helps someone.
