Powweb Customer: Because I've been hearing "everything is good on our servers" for as long as I've had this problem.
Powweb Live Chat: Due to heavy load on the servers some time the Web site is loading slowly.
Powweb Customer: Well... I just recently tested the website's loading performance by visiting WEBSITE MONITOR, WEBSITE MONITORING SERVICE, WEBSITE SPEED TEST and PERFORMANCE MONITORING
Powweb Live Chat: If you are unable to access the site, please get back to us with the following information to our e-mail address support@powweb-inc.com, so that we can further investigate on your issue:
Powweb Live Chat: 1) The exact error message you get when accessing your Web site.
Powweb Live Chat: 2) Is there any specific time period during which you are unable to access your Web site?
Powweb Live Chat: 3) The geographical location from where the site is inaccessible and the ISP you are using.
Powweb Live Chat: 4) Do a tracert for your domain name/site and get back to us with the results. To do this, please follow the steps given below:
Powweb Live Chat: a) Open up the command prompt. The way to do this is, go to the 'Start' menu, 'Run', the type 'cmd' or 'command'. This will open up a DOS window.

Powweb Customer: I visited multiple benchmarking websites...

Powweb Customer: around 3 seconds...
Powweb Customer: my website..."www.******* .com" on my ******* account times out every time.
Powweb Customer: Doing a trace route has not identified any problems.
Powweb Customer: So there clearly must be a problem with the server I'm hosted on.
Powweb Live Chat: Okay.
Powweb Customer: I would have preferred talking to a real person but after waiting an hour on the phone (again) I gave up and launched this support method.
Powweb Customer: (not that you aren't real, but you know what I mean)
Powweb Customer: Last night when I called and then chatted about this issue, the person said there was a problem with the server-back end and it was fixed... (That's hardly a technical explaination for a problem however.)
Powweb Live Chat: Proide us the tracert result to assist further on issue.

Powweb Customer: I'm at work, and my connection here has a 73ms latency to ******* .com.
Powweb Customer: When I'm at home on my optical network provided by ******* it is 23ms.
Powweb Customer: I don't think this is a latency issue.
Powweb Customer: The website that I gave you couldn't connect to ******* .com in a reasonable time.
Powweb Customer: (pulling up the page)
Powweb Live Chat: Okay. Could you please let me know what exactly you wish to do now?
Powweb Live Chat: We need the exact screenhost of the error message when you receive it in a reasonable time.
Powweb Customer: Well... I wish someone from Powweb's quality assurance division would speak to me personally.
Powweb Customer: This has been an issue for a while, and unfortunately I don't think anyone there has taken the time to properly look into it... or perhaps it's a lack of technical expertise that is causing me a hassle.
Powweb Customer: Can you have someone from powweb contact me via phone?
Powweb Customer: If you want screenshots about this issue then I need to speak to someone else.
Powweb Customer: I've been working as an IT Consultant for over 8 years and this is ridiculous.
Powweb Customer: 4 of which where in the Marine Corps setting up computer networks throughout multiple foreign countries.
Powweb Customer: If there were answers in a simple tracert I think I would have let you know.

Powweb Customer: This is typical of a scripted helpdesk. I don't know how you people stay in business.
