1) there is not even an attempt to return phone msg?

>> Not sure when you called, I couldn't answer that.

2) the server was obviously rebooted @ data center, since,
I was unable to reboot, but, yet i get yet another inane response
from support? no "your server was froze up" or "your resources were low"
or anything, & BTW: it was previously rebooted after the ram upgrades
approx. Saturday, March 22nd 2008; and has been running fine since
Tue, Mar 25, 2008 .

VPS can be rebooted without rebooting the whole node, so not sure what you're even talking about.

At the end of the day, your monitors are great, but your still running on a unmanaged VPS, thus anything that happens within that VPS is your responsibility.

ok, i donno whether a node was booted, or just my vps or what.

my messages log indicates a reboot, restart, refresh, or whatever you call it; in your prior post you stated a wierd issue on "one of the nodes" Servcie down..? this affected at least 2 of us, who knows, maybe more? appearently neither of us got sent to v-mail, maybe neither of us got a return call either? we were not given any details, just canned message from support after it was working again.

Are you complaining that your server doesn't have enough uptime? 200 Days isn't enough? 1 reboot maybe? in 200 days, thats unmatchable in the industry, at least the load isn't 200 on the node all day, and the server isn't rebooted 2 times day.

I think above is enough said, you know perfectly well, that your hosting is great, otherwise, you wouldn't be here. The grass isn't green on the other side.
