I am leaving Hostican because esc07 serves up my site too slowly and Denis Motova refused to admit this or to attempt to find out the reason for the problem. Instead he violated customer confidentiality by posting my domain name in a public poll on a publicly archived internet forum when I had expressly denied him my permission.

Any company that maintains a "Suggestions and Feedback Forum" and then deletes and modifies the customer content in there at will is a company that is not to be trusted.

I hope you can at least be trusted to honor your money-back guarantee.

Thank you.

I'm sure that anything Denis did was inadvertent and not meant to offend. But this is a community forum, not a support forum, and the intent here is to share information.

We value our customers and we're sorry for the misunderstanding. In any case, best of luck in your pursuits.

Sounds good buddy. I didn't mean to offend, just only so much I can do remotely.... since I'm not in front of your PC with you (it would be cool if they came up with such a device.. ) I really can't shed too much light. However, if you can ask any of your friends with other ISP's... see if they can give you some feedback.

I wish you good luck on your future host.

However, I gotta point out to you that a website is in public domain, hence its a website, where anyone can visit it - thats the whole point, a website is like a shop... where people can view anything.... anytime.

Fact that you posted 90% of your domain without the extension and it could be googled I figured that was fine to add the extension

Personally, I checked that server from home / work / the united kingdom and other locations and none of them reported it being slow. So I think its something to do with your ISP.

Anyways, good luck.
