That link u gave me... hm... I don't think it's for me.... I'm Russian, but right now I'm in Canada. And I've got a cable Internet. And trust me... I don't have any problems with speed at all.
I was using aplus.net/ before and did not a problems like "u r using to much of memory" And here we r go... my site is down for 5 min.
I've got people coming from Russia an my site. And they also saying, that it' almost impossible to work. To do "user registration" it's horrible! Site is going right a way down! My website using about 12 meg of memory... I do not think that's too bad. I had the same site on different hosting... did not have any problems!
I'm really sorry for my English, it's my second language. I hop u got everything what I'm saying.

1. You have a ton of Russian links coming from Yandex that make it load super slow... as the Russian servers are slow in general... so it takes forever to finish loading.

2. You don't have any caching software installed such as WP-Super-Cache

3. If you had no problems with your other hosts, why did you move? Everyone always says... I had no problems with my old host.... and then the truth comes out.... that either they grew too big for shared hosting account there, or whatever the case was.

Guys! Insted of telling us, that this is our problem, why don't u improve ur services? Try to look at the internet about ur hosting!

No, not at all. Someone says that their site is slow, so we asked our members to check it out. Remember when there are performance issues, you shouldn't always blame the host. Other forums run by our competitors ask customers to list their sites so they can be checked in different parts of the world. That helps to trace a hangup.

Its not Crashing its Caching. Sounds like a something else is amiss... have other members review it... put it up to the vote - If your still unhappy get a refund.
