I think an official sticky notice in your support forums that if a user asks a question, that they please complete the forum thread with the final resolution. This way future visitors will not be left wondering what the fix was when they find older threads by search that aren't resolved. It's one of my main frustrations when I search forums for answers to my questions when dealing with any software or service.

Its a problem on every forum I visit. So, it's normal to see that kind of thing. But then, when the forum gets busy, these types of posts should be deleted. Otherwise, you'll get the "So what happened here, I have the same problem!" responses.

Yeah, I try to suggest it to anyone who has a more complex problem with HIC. That way future members will benefit.
