Password advice

I'd like to share some advice for passwords.
1). Avoid the obvious - no names of your children, your household pets or your favorite sports idol;
20. Minimum password length - 8 characters;
3). Choose random characters - avoid the objectives of the dictionary words in English or any other language;
4). Inserting special characters, mix letters and numbers - small and large.

Use a "pass-phrase" to help you remember the password,
such as random upper/lower case of the 1st character of each
word in a sentnence combine with insertion of numerals in random spots.

Three months of these advices passed and now I can give you one more. It is time to change your passwords with new, 3 months is long enough time period for the life of a passwords. From this moment I begin slowly and phased to change my passwords. Do this and you too, it is good practice.
