You can improve HostICan by keeping your promises regarding to your Guarantees.
My experience about this issue is that they failed to provide 99.9% uptime. According to HostICan Guarantees they credit an extra month hosting if this happen. Well, I wrote 4 emails to HostICan requesting them for this extra month and they were ignored. I was lucky with the 5th e-mail, some guy told me he would look into this issue.
It was 15 days since that answer and I didn't get any more response. My first e-mail was on 26th april. You're about to lose a +2 years old client just because you're not serious enough to keep your promises.
