Open Outlook Express. Find the icon on your desktop and click on it. To add a new account, going to the ‘Tools’ menu and selecting ‘Accounts.' Click on the ‘Add > Mail’ button . Enter the display name you wish to use for your email account. In most cases, this is your first and last name, or business name. Press the ‘Next’ button after you’ve entered your display name. Enter your email address which you created before in cPanel and click the ‘Next’ button to continue. Select POP server. Enter your incoming and outgoing mail servers, copy them from "Mail Client Configuration" in cPanel . Click the ‘Next’ button to continue. Enter your account name and password. Press the ‘Next’ button to proceed to the next step. You now can allow the outgoing mail server to authenticate with your account before you can send emails. To do this, double click on the account you just created, click the ‘Servers’ tab, and choose ‘My server requires authentication’. Press the ‘OK’ button to save your changes. Close out all boxes.
