Default Removing e-mail entry off previous hosting server

Hi,

Ever since I have changed web hosting sites to HostICan almost 2 months ago, I have not received e-mail from my profession web based list server (NACE International).

This is a quote from the Network Admin;
"It's best if you contact your old hosting service and ask them to remove the entries."
Pam Nicoletti

Problem: This is the reason I switched hosting companies in the first place, as there is virtually no support from them (old hosting site). They will not respond to this problem.

Question; Is there another way to get my e-mail entry removed from their servers (previous hosting site)?

Thanks for any help in this matter.

Sincerely,
Pat Thronson

patthronson - Welcome to the HostICan Community.

Did you have your old web host close down your account there or is it still active? If its still active, go ahead and have them close it down, that way you can be 100% sure that its not causing a problem, and if its something on our end, I will be glad to review it for you.

Thanks Denis for your quick reply. Impressive for a Sunday AM

I just checked my status on my old hosting site and there is a
*** Pending Cancellation *** next to my old hosting package.

I added a reply to my support ticket and asked them to do as you suggested "close my account"

I really doubt they will respond as this was the reason I left them after 2 years... no support.

Thanks again for your help.

Sincerely,

Hi Denis,

I wish they would be working on it, again this is the reason I had to leave.
I just wish they would delete my account.

ImageLinkUSA.net

I send in a trouble ticket then check for a response. They close the ticket with out fixing the problem as they have done again and again.

This time I am asking them to close my account

What else can I do???

Thanks,

Well, nothing you can really do but wait. I will review your account and check that everything is fine on our side

Hi Denis,

ImageLinkUSA still has me listed as ***pending cancellation*** on my account. My last monthly payment to them was 01-16-2008.

What else can I do to get this problem resolved. They will not answer my tickets or e-mail.

Did your check on this end find any problems?

Frustrated,

Yep. Everything seems fine, I don't see any issues on our end :0
