Hi
i was told to ask here about some of my problems Firstly when i signed up last Sunday for tera -host i wasn't expecting to pay the full amount but in installments. could this be a future feature and not to include the plan saying per month because it isn't practical and is there any way of changing to the base package? Secondly when i signed up i incorrectly spelt the domain name, is there any way of changing it without having to get another domain name? Thanks if you could awnser these questions would be nice to get some feedback also from anyone that works at Hostican. |

Hello ecohyrogreen,
You should pay for entire billing cycle that you choose during the signup process. If you chose annual you would need to pay the annual price upfront (but you will get better pricing d=for longer billing cycle). Thats how the plan and billing cycle works. In order to downgrade the plan, you can simply open a support ticket here requesting to downgrade. However, the downgrade will be billed at $10 for the downgrade. Unfortunately it isn't possible to alter/change a registered domain name. You might need to register the correct domain name for additional cost and let the wrong domain to expire. You can also ask the support team to change the primary domain name, if you wish. I hope this helps.
