Default email forwarding in cPanel hosting

Since two months I began to correspond with my customers via email address office@ mydomainname.com . At the moment I changed my email to sales@ mydomainname.com but still I continue to receive emails in old mailbox. Is it possible using some option in my cPanel hosting to make a forwarding from the first email address to the second my address?

Click on the Forwarders icon in your cPanel hosting panel. On this page click on the Add Forwarder button. There complete the first email address into "Address to Forward:" field, then type the second email address in "Forward to email address: " field. Click on Add Forwarder button, that's all.

I always stress this... Don't forward emails... as what happens as spam is also forwarded to your new location, and they can get mad at you for doing this and block and incoming messages that you are forwarding from
