Default DNS Server Problem
I think that the DNS Server ns1.hostican.com is out of service

If I question any record (es. google.com ebay.com or my 101vetrine.net) the response is:
nslookup google.com ns1.hostican.com
*** Impossibile trovare nome server per l'indirizzo 208.73.36.35: No response from server
Server: UnKnown
Address: 208.73.36.35

*** UnKnown non trova google.com: No response from server

I have open one ticket, but the response is this:

Hello Paolo,
Thank you for reply.

We host a dozens of clients on that server and no one have any issues with DNS, so it should be something on registrar side or at your end.

Our nameservers:
ns1.hostican.com
ns2.hostican.com


The problem is only my?

As you can see the above are working fine. Sounds like there is something wrong with your ISP.

nslookup doesn't work like that

I want to ask to specific DNS Server where it is 101vetrine.net

Ns1 not responding
Ns2 responding correctly

What mistake?

he he - thats the most usless way to test it, you can think of. This is totally dependant on YOUR ISP having propagated these records

However, thank you for letting me know. I'm reviewing this case and will update you soon.

Both look fine to me:

DNSstuff: DNS tools, DNS hosting tests, WHOIS, traceroute, ping, and other network and domain name tools.

Search up: 101vetrine.net

You will see both name servers are responding

But the ISP of 101vetrine.net is HostICan !!! and ns1.hostican.com and ns2.hostican.com must are the primary DNS Server !

And the problem exist also with other domain; for example:

Default the problem is ns1, not all DNS Server ! ns2 work fine.
This service (DNSstuff) not make a query in specific DNS Server. My problem is not "absolute" is only with ns1.hostican.com
