Default cPanel hosting FTP session monitoring

I'm not familiar with the cPanel hosting and its function for FTP session monitoring. How can I find who is currently logged in my site through FTP?

Login in cPanel and go to FTP Session Control on the Files section. Look at the table in bottom of page. This table contains all the information about the current FTP sessions and gives you an option to disconnect users.
