Default i need vbseo help?

hi.the first time they help me to install the vbseo. and my forum get hack very bad by hacker and i lost all the post . second time nstalled vbseo 3.1.0 and i have such problem ....404 erro file not found and The page cannot be found. just only for fourm link. can't post and can't get in. and i ask vbseo support. and because my english not so well and they may tire to me. i m scare ask them again. because my english not so well and they are not support vietnamness. they just tell me to change RewriteBase /mydomian thanks

Is that something they want you to put in the .htaccess file on your site or what?

In the end, alas, it is their responsibility to support the product, but I might be able to help some if you'll explain this.

try to ask to them: they have a great support, and surely they have already seen this problem ;-)
