hi there

i am writting in php.

here is what i want to do:

only users that are loged in to be able to use the fuctions of my web page.

everybody else (guests) i want to see my page as a picture lets say or as read only.

can you hellp me please?

You may want to go online to some sort of freelancer location such as Custom Web Design and Programming. Freelance Programmers. Outsource Web Development Outsourcing and post your question there, and have folks bid on it. This will prob be the fastest way you will get what you need.
