Domain Name Administrator
I'm planning to acquire an ICANN registered Domain Registrar. I'd like to have a consultant to manage this Registrar. Person should have extensive knowledge of email protocols, DNS networking and experience in managing a Domain Registrar.

wow. That's very cool.
There are a couple of things that you will need to consider: 1. How many domains do you have - when you buy them. 2. Is the user interface etc... all there? 3. What would the roles be of this person? - Software mainly / Hardware? The above will help others to PM you about this.
