I have a question,

Would this script which is designed for the .htacess file to cache image, css, and javascript files have any issue with HostICan servers?

That module doesn't exist on our servers, so... it would be pointless to have it.

Is there an alternative? I am not talking about WP-Cache or Super Cache but what kind of module does exist? Is there any resources available about the modules available on HostICan that I can read?

When it comes to handling traffic spikes, these are the best out there, and the latter is superior to the former. If you find that it conflicts with a specific plugin, best decision is to contact the authors of both and see if they can work it out for you, or make some configuration adjustment to handle the situation.

What you could do is go on a VPS and install something like memcache or eaccelerator - but their sometimes unstable... and can cause issues.
