change default template in Joomla

I have installed latest Joomla version through Fantastico de Luxe. I looked all menus and understood what opportunities it has but I cannot find from where can I change basic structure of my default template, because I intend to use this template after did some changes to it.

Log in as Administrator in your Joomla website:

http://www.yoursite.com/administrator

Once you are in the Administrator site go to "Extensions" form top menu and then click on the "Template Manager". There will see all template names. Click on the name of your default template. Look at the upper right corner of the page for these icons names:mes:

Preview; Edit HTML; Edit CSS; Save; Apply; Close; Help;

Use "Edit HTML" and especially the "Edit CSS" icon for general changes of default template.
