What's the difference between Base-Host and Tera-Host? With Base-Host I can host unlimited domain names, could be all my client domains, correct?

The Base-Host account doesn't support multiple domains. I think you may have been referring to the Tera-Host account. On the Tera-Host account you can host unlimited domains. If you are just managing many domains that are yours, I would suggest purchasing the Tera-Host account where you can keep all your domains.
