To this day, I still wonder how everyone manages to miss the BIG blue strip on the homepage... that says "Live Chat".... and a small one on every page.

Hmm, ok I see it, now.

The reason nobody sees it that well is because the Live Chat option serves as a navigational break between the header and plan offers.

Also, do some research on how people's eyes work on a website within seconds of reaching the page. They have found most people's eyes follow an F pattern. Therefore, they see the hippy chick throwing a peace sign in the green backdrop and then they see your plans. That Live Chat option in the center is skipped naturally especially with the way it blends in as a separator.

As for the inner pages, the placement of the Live Chat is better. However, I think the average person might think this upper left live chat option is part of the right banner. It is the exact same height, same curved corners, and has the same rounded circle backdrop... Only thing different is the color. Since your right banner and the left banner both contain people, few will notice the person on the left side has a headset on and serves a purpose other than aesthetics.

Eh, but what do I know, I only spend years researching this stuff.

All IMHO. I took your response as an open for suggestion.

Yea, the homepage is a interesting page, we need to think more about it to try to show and encourage more users to find what they are looking for just on that page.

We have a new feature called ad....... coming out that we will be integrating into the home page.. so maybe that will work out better? We'll have to see how the mockup works for that. However, I appreciate the valuable input, this gives me some more ideas to work with.

We take all suggestions seriously... just takes a while to implement... but we get there. Still many things that we can improve on, and allow customers to enjoy and grow.
