vps rage question??

Can anyone help me with the below query:

1) Do you provide root access in VPS plan?
2)Do the VPS plan have fantastico features?

I had to post it here as I was just few minutes away for sign up and I got this query as not mentioned on the site.

To my surprise Sales Chat support vanished on viewing this questions? It is a real negative mark for Hostican.
