I have a Drupal site installed at our root level and I can't get clean URLs enabled ... most likely since I don't have the .htaccess configured correctly? When I install Drupal in its own folder the clean URLs work and I can enable them, but not when it's at root. The rest of the Drupal site is working fine.
Can someone help me to figure out how to enable clean URLs at root level? What do I need to add to our htaccess file and/or other configurations? Thanks! ![]() |

Hello - Welcome to the HostICan Community.
"Root" level you mean /public_html/ folder or you mean /home/username/ folder ? Normally you can just ensure that all the content is in the /public_html/ folder and then check that the links are formed correctly and that should work fine for you. It doesn't sound like its so much of a .htaccess issue.
