PHP code enable upload to the hosting server
I am trying to set up PHP code to enable a user to upload an image to the hosting server. I've tried various different codes and all are telling me the same. Is the server denying access to a file upload?

Try to change the permissions of both the upload folder and the actual upload file? You might need to CHMOD 755. Also, you should checked the error log file in cPanel if it contains any clues.
