Going to take a chance and post this question in here. I think it is the right place.
I am in the Fantastico and cant decide if I am suppose to leave the "install directory" box empty and or if I should be creating a directory name. "Leave empty to install in the root directory of the domain (access example: http://domain/). Enter only the directory name to install in a directory (for http://domain/name/ enter name only). This directory SHOULD NOT exist, it will be automatically created!" Sorry, just not getting it. I presently have my domain assigned to my WP blog. If I leave the"install directory" box empty, will that sort of install the Zen cart under my domain and yet not affect my blog? Or do I need to make up a directory name to place in the "install directory" box? |

Ok..
It seems that I needed to create an additional database and also assign a user. I did... Now, it seems like the install process would want those two pieces of info, but the boxes are not accepting the database name, or the password that was created for the new database. Maybe I am wrong about this part. Any way.... Still stuck on what goes within the "install in directory" box and also the "Admin access data" box and the password box simply will not accept all the digits to the password I generated. Also not sure if I am suppose to leave or change the "base configuration" boxes as they are. Help??? |
