I have will try to import a 30 MB file in my database. Will it be a problem, phpMyAdmin to take compressed files (zip)? What type import files can be used from phpMyAdmin to my hosting?

phpMyAdmin will accept zip, gzip, bzip, or regular SQL files. So, use a compression application to zip, gzip, or bzip you database backup because this file will be much smaller to upload.
