    Hi Shazam,

    I'm having some issues loading a subdomain. I've uploaded several and they are functioning fine. This one has me completely stuck.

    When I added the subdomain, the only file that showed up was the cgi bin. The others had .ftpquota, 403 and 404 as well as the cgi bin.

    What do you think?

    You have to file a support request for this. I have no authority on such matters. Basically, it's your responsibility to back up our own files. Why was it taken down?
