Yes, and I remember when you could go broke paying CompuServe's hourly rate at 1200 baud.

I'm not quite that old, I joined the internet when AOL went unlimited. Spent hours on the phone to get my account activated. So whenever that was, is when I joined the internet craze.

I just wish I knew back then what I know now. I'd be a millionaire. I would have bought up many one word generic domains and turned them for a crazy profit.

I didn't get to the Internet till college in the 90's but how this for a flashback, my first computer was an IIe.

Not a IIc but an IIe.

Unless you count my Atari 2400 a computer. After all, I did have the Basic Programming cartridge.
