Default count clicks on a link in the hosting
How can I count clicks on a link in the hosting and the number of clicks to be recorded in the database? Perhaps only the JavaScript function onClick, but I do not know JavaScript аnd I am wondering, does this function will work?

The only way is through the WebCounter. It counts how many times someone has to click a link.
