What is HTML? - It's what the WHOLE web is based on, yea... I know... php rocks.... bla bla but the best lang is HTML. You gotta use HTML if you want to work with the web at all.

Yea, HTML is uncompetitive... cause the best. Its very simple and friendly for beginners.

HTML is static language but PHP variables could be integrated.

I think html still lives on but should be thankful to all the others scripting languages.......... php.. and more

Well, not all HTML is static. You can use SHTML for includes and things to randomize, update, etc.

Yea, but HTML still rocks. you can also do XHTML, SHTML, SSI (can be coded within HTML)
