Today I saw 2 title tag in the code of a site:
First normal - 50-60 character and content of the second is equal to 9 pages of text and only keywords and phrases 33 000 characters. Do you have any impressions about the benefits and disadvantages of such techniques? |

Google read the first 50-60 characters, everything else is unnecessary and only a burden on the web page.

To do so long title tag is complete nonsense. Google reads everything, but so long tag will not take it into account. Therefore not benefit from it. Follow the requirements on tags, so you will have maximum efficiency index.
