I've just set up a Tera-Host hosting package and want to build the site using a ready-made website template. How do I go about this please? I have the file template downloaded but can't unzip it.

Is there a limit on how many files can be stored in a hosting folder? I am trying to upload 3000 thumbnails files but FTP client does not let me upload so much.

Email problems

I am having trouble with one of my email accounts on a new account on my VPS server. These are new problems and I am new to VPS so I have not had experience working with email problems before. Of all the accounts this is the only one with problems. Here is the response back to the sender when you try to send an email to one of the two emails:

I bought an advertising package for one of my web sites to generate traffic. I do not think I received a good amount of click-throughs. I want to download the IP log from the hosting but I do not see anything where I can access that.

I have currently 165 customers and phpMailer installed on the hosting, but when phpMailer send function is called, it returned the message error too many recipients. How much recipients is allowed for a single email sent?

Hi,

I was referred here by the Hostican support staff who seemed pretty stumped. I'm not very technically proficient myself so please feel free to talk to me like I�m an idiot.

I operate my blog Clothes on Film at wordpress. Recently I was hacked (about two weeks ago). I have beefed up security and thought I had removed all trace of the hackers. However I have just run the Exploit Scanner plug-in and found this flagged up as a warning:

�Could be JavaScript code used to hide code inserted by a hacker.'

Hi there,
I am trying to create databases on the fly in my PHP web application. Is this possible or do I always have to use cPanel to create a database.

I was hoping there is a setting I can change in WHM to grant a database user these priveledges, but I'm not sure if this can be done.
