Well as far as I can tell everything is done and we are running on our dedicated server. In the process we also transferred our domain name to HIC so everything is in one place. The transfer was ordered yesterday and is already complete.
Everything went very smoothy and the support from the reps and lnxcode was amazing. We are going to an event this weekend that will drive alot of traffic to our site so next week I will give a full review of how things are going. Thanks again to everyone at HIC and those on this forum. ![]() TTTG |

OK, this is strange
![]() When I go to our website on one computer it says 583 members and yesterday's info is not there. But, when go to our site on a friend of mine's laptop it shows all the info from yesterday and 607 members. Any ideas?? |

Since you only changed your DNS today, thats why propagation hasn't set in yet for your or his side.

So what does that mean exactly? When I go to his computer i see new members joining and posting. But on my computer those members are not showing up.

OK, So in time once things are "propagated" everyone will eventualy be led to the site that shows less info due to the loss from yesterday due to the switch. The new members are showing up there which is the new dedicated server? So in time even on my computer I will be led to the new dedicated server as well.
