Upgrading to Dedicated $199.95 pm

I have purchased a year of Base-Host 2 months ago and am planning to upgread to a dedicated server ASAP. Is their a credit towards the first month of dedicated hosting or not really?

Anyway, although I am new to hostican I would like to say so far things have worked VERY smoothly and I am very impressed with hostican in general and I am planning on making you a part of the growth of our site for a long time.

Do you mean a discount? Ask Sales what promotions they might have going.

Or do you mean applying the remainder of your pre-payment to the dedicated plan? I'm sure the latter is a given.

Yes, anything unused in your account will be credited towards your dedicated server purchase. For example, if you paid us $100 and you used our service for 2 months (and its $10/mo) It would be a credit of $80 ($100 what you paid us to start the account - $20 for the used service).

That's great. I am planning of ordering the upgrade to the $199.95 per month dedicated server tomorrow. Do i just order that like normal on your wesite where the total price is $259.90 including the one time fee?

What we can do is if you drop in a support ticket in the morning requesting a dedicated server we will be able to set it up faster and avoid the setup fee (possibly) - as you're a current customer .
