Default Reasons for upgrading to a dedi?

Right now Im on shared hosting through you guys but am thinking about upgrading to a dedicated. I just dont want to lose the great support I have right now, will the speed and support stay the same?

Absolutely. No question about it.

Let me just add that it's not just stellar support, but extraordinary performance when you go dedicated.

Our new Core2Duo-based servers are a lot faster than those older Xeons that other hosts offer at higher prices, with less storage and bandwidth.

Check these sites as examples of the incredible speeds you get with your sites.

The first is an active vBulletin forum with 16 mods:

The Paracast Community Forums

The second is a popular WordPress blog with two dozen plugins:

The Mac Night Owl

Both use OpenX ad servers, on the same dedicated box, to generate banners. And the online radio shows that both link to are streamed from the server using Apple's Darwin Streaming Server.

In short, there's an awful lot of activity going on there.

We put those up against any sites anywhere as examples of what HostICan can deliver.
