Well, sorry for not making it clear enough.. the link that I gave, is to the post wherein the theme author makes an offer of some 20k free accounts, that you can use to give free to your readers, make a competition or something like that.. if u drop a comment before 8th, u will get few free accounts that you can distribute. However, if you need a free account, ( single account ) you can simply go to any of the participating sites and drop comment..
