Where can one find good free themes for WP?

While there are many themes out the for WP, there is a collection of WP themes directly on the WP site. You can get them by going to: Theme Viewer

Thats the best place for your theme hunt and its the official place too but there are some other cool themes available on the net.. google will help you out

One more thing: If you are adept at PHP, you can take the standard themes, and modify them to your liking. It takes a little trial and error work to get the hang of it, but you'll be really pleased with the end result, because it'll be yours and yours alone.

If you look at the Wordpress.org guides, they provide an excellent reference for many of the codes that make Wordpress function. So even though I am not that great with PHP, I can modify a theme with ease.

Thankfully, most themes come with most features enabled so for me, its more about removing junk which is always easier.
